Aliexpress Took My Money and Sent a Random Product Instead of My Order

Aliexpress is now professionally engaging in deceptive sales. They present highly rated and reputable stores to encourage you to place an order. Then, they ship just one random item to your region and provide you with a tracking code. This makes it appear as if your order has been delivered, while in reality, they send an unrelated item and keep your money. It has been 2 months and 13 days, and neither the correct product has been shipped nor my money refunded.
