Aliexpress Order Sent to Wrong Address – No Proper Response or Resolution
On December 17, 2024, I placed an order on Aliexpress (order number 1109923992078662). Shockingly, my order was intentionally and openly sent to a different name and address. I have repeatedly contacted customer support to resolve this issue, but all my messages have gone unanswered or dismissed.
The one response I finally received offered a mere $2 compensation for the error, which is completely unacceptable and fails to address the actual problem. It’s evident that Aliexpress operates in an untrustworthy and disorganized manner, leaving customers without proper recourse when issues arise.
Aliexpress, I demand that my order be resent to the correct address or a full refund be issued immediately. Ignoring customer concerns is no way to build trust.
