Aliexpress Refuses Refund for Defective Product

I will never shop on Aliexpress again. I received a defective product, but I cannot return it because I placed the order as a guest. Despite providing proof of payment via PayPal and submitting all required documents, Aliexpress refuses to process my refund.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. A platform of this size should have better systems in place to assist customers, especially when the issue lies with the product’s quality. I demand that Aliexpress review my case immediately and issue a refund without further delay. Customers should not have to go through such hassle to resolve a simple problem. Aliexpress, take responsibility and resolve this now!
