AliExpress Refuses Refund for Unwearable Shoes

I recently purchased shoes from AliExpress, but they did not fit properly. I realized the shoes were uncomfortable and couldn't wear them within half a day of receiving them. I immediately contacted the seller via AliExpress and filed a complaint. I never wore the shoes and provided photographic evidence of the difference by comparing them side by side with a pair of shoes I did wear. To my surprise, AliExpress conducted an investigation and decided not to process a refund for the product within 2-3 days. This raises serious consumer rights concerns, particularly when dealing with a Chinese brand in Turkey. I turned down the company's strange solution, such as "Keep the shoes, and I'll give you a discount on your next order." The shoes are causing me pain and putting pressure on my toes. I'm still waiting for a satisfactory solution to this problem.
