Unable to Return Small Kuromi Shoes Bought for My Daughter on Aliexpress

I purchased a pair of Kuromi-themed shoes for my daughter on Aliexpress, but they were too small. When I tried to return them, they asked for proof of the size issue, which makes no sense. How am I supposed to prove that the shoes don’t fit? Despite opening multiple requests and contacting customer service daily, no solution has been provided. They keep repeating the same unhelpful responses.

This frustrating process has convinced me never to buy clothing or shoes from Aliexpress again. It’s been over a month, and my return request is still unresolved. I’ve lost my money and my trust in this platform. I demand Aliexpress resolves my refund and return issue immediately.
