AliExpress Refused My Return for Tight Shoes Despite Correct Size

On August 5, 2024, I purchased a pair of shoes from AliExpress with order number 1106903907736693. I ordered my usual shoe size, but when they arrived, the shoes were uncomfortably tight. I decided to return them, but AliExpress refused to accept my return. Each time I contacted customer service, they kept asking for emails and product images, which I provided repeatedly. However, I never received any response or resolution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this site; they have caused me significant inconvenience. I expect AliExpress to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly by accepting my return and processing a refund. Customers should not have to struggle this much for basic service.
