If AliExpress took weeks to refund you after you cancelled your order, log into your account and go to My Orders → Cancelled to see if the refund has been started.
Once a refund is processed, their policy says the money should be sent back to the way you paid within 3–20 working days, though this can vary by bank and currency.
If you don't see any progress, file a formal dispute by clicking "Open Dispute" next to the cancelled order, picking "Refund not received," and including proof that you canceled the order.
Take screenshots of the state of your order, any messages you sent to the seller, and any confirmations from AliExpress that you canceled the order.
