Aliexpress Votol-EM100 GTS 72360S Driver Return Denial

I purchased a Votol-EM100 GTS 72360S driver from AliExpress. When I took it to an e-bike service for installation, they informed me that the product was defective. AliExpress customer service requested photos and videos as proof of the issue. Despite multiple submissions, including photos and videos of the product installed, AliExpress and the seller repeatedly claimed the evidence was insufficient. I also purchased a charger, which is now useless along with the driver. After paying for the e-bike service, both the product and service fees seem wasted. Now, I am being asked to cover shipping and customs fees to repair the defective driver, which is unreasonable since the cost of shipping and customs is almost equivalent to buying two new drivers. I am requesting either a replacement driver or a refund from AliExpress.
