I ordered a phone from Aliexpress, paid for it in full, but the phone never arrived, and I haven’t received any updates or communication from them. This is incredibly frustrating as it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with Aliexpress orders. Out of my last few purchases, four items had problems: a bath towel, shoes, a car bulb, and a soldering rod. Two were refunded, but the other two were not. I’m tired of dealing with unreliable deliveries and poor customer service. Aliexpress, I expect a prompt resolution—either deliver the phone I paid for or refund me immediately. This level of service is unacceptable!
