Aliexpress Refuses Refund for Product Never Delivered After 4 Months
I ordered a product from Aliexpress 4 months ago, but it never arrived. Despite no proof of delivery, Aliexpress has yet to issue my refund. When I requested a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they resent the product without my consent, which I no longer need.
This delay and lack of attention are unacceptable. I’ve been a regular Aliexpress customer, but the increasing number of fake accounts and poor service has made me reconsider. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding my refund. I expect an immediate resolution and the full refund for the undelivered product. Aliexpress must improve their handling of customer issues and prevent such delays in the future.
