Adanola Is Delaying Refund For Leggins Purchase
I'm writing to follow up on a recent return I made. On April 20th, I ordered a pair of leggings that arrived on April 25th, they weren't the perfect fit, so returned them according to your return policy. They were completely unused, with the tags still on, just like new, mailed them back on April 27th and got confirmation they were delivered to your returns place on May 2nd. Your policy says returns should be processed within 7 business days of arrival, and it's been over two weeks now, as you can imagine I haven't heard anything about whether my refund is approved or not. things can get a little slow during sales or holidays, but that wasn't the case with my return, I was expecting a quicker turnaround based on your policy. Would it be possible to get an update on my return status? Please push things along as I want to order another.
