Stanley Food Thermos Rusting Inside After Short Use

I purchased a Stanley food thermos from the A101 website. Although I used the product normally and only for a short period of time, rust developed on the inner surface. I was told that the product needed to be inspected under warranty, and following the instructions provided, I sent the thermos to Gurur Tekstil.
After the inspection, I was informed that the rust was considered a “stain caused by washing,” and the product was returned to me without any action taken. I do not find it acceptable that a thermos from a well-known brand like Stanley—specifically marketed as stainless steel and high quality—would rust after standard use and cleaning in accordance with the care instructions. Despite following all cleaning guidelines properly, my claim was dismissed as user error, which has left me feeling wronged as a consumer.
For the product I purchased on November 19, 2025, I am requesting that the rust issue be re-examined in a thorough and objective manner. As a result of that review, I expect either a replacement product or a full refund. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.

No one called, there was no progress, I indicated that I am currently on hold and I saw the cause of the blockage as a lack of communication.
