Use the "Contact Supplier" button located under "My Orders" to send the supplier a note requesting a clear shipping timeline if your Alibaba order has been delayed without any updates.
Request a current tracking number or proof of shipment politely. Send a follow-up message informing them of your order deadline and any agreed-upon delivery terms if they don't reply within 48 hours.
If that doesn't work, file for a refund with the excuse "Delivery delay." Provide screenshots of your correspondence and evidence of missing deadlines.
If, after five days, the supplier doesn't reply, you can escalate the matter to Alibaba. The likelihood that Alibaba's dispute team may step in increases with escalation.
