I Face Long Delay and Missing Alibaba Order Worth $299

My order numbered 279938123501023604 placed through Alibaba has not been delivered for approximately 5 months (136 days). I have been waiting for this product for a long time, but it still has not arrived, causing serious inconvenience and frustration.

During this period, I contacted both the seller and Alibaba customer service multiple times. However, I only received vague and unhelpful responses, with no concrete resolution offered. Waiting this long for an undelivered product and still not getting a result is completely unacceptable.

I request an immediate and full refund of the $299 I paid for this undelivered order. I expect my issue to be resolved without further delay and my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
