I ordered a product from Alibaba in September 2024, but after months of waiting, it has still not arrived. I contacted both Alibaba and the seller, Baoding Ncel Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., multiple times to report that my order never reached me.
I have repeatedly requested either the product or a full refund, yet I have received no response or resolution. It seems like this delay was intentional to run out the refund period, preventing me from getting my money back.
This is completely unacceptable! Alibaba, I demand immediate intervention! Either ensure my order is delivered or process my refund without further delay. Ignoring customers and blocking refunds is unethical—fix this now!
