Alibaba Shipment Not Released by Customs Despite Payment
I purchased an HY300Pro Mini Projector from Alibaba (Order/Tracking No: 883024590637). My package has been stuck in Istanbul customs since August 1. On September 17, FedEx contacted me and stated that I needed to pay a tax fee of ₺920, which I promptly transferred to the FedEx account. I was told the product would be delivered within 3 business days, yet despite the time that has passed, the item still appears to be held in customs and has not been delivered.
When I contacted Alibaba customer service, they told me to follow up with the local customs office, but I haven’t been able to obtain any further information. My shipment remains undelivered and there has been no progress or update on its status.
This was my first purchase from Alibaba, and I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and support throughout this process.
I request that my product be released from customs and delivered to me immediately, and that Alibaba and FedEx investigate the delay and ensure compensation for the time lost.
