Alibaba Electric Bike Order Stuck At Italian Port For Months

I ordered an e-bike from Alibaba worth more than $700 back in July, and I still haven’t received it. Every time I ask, they keep saying, “Tomorrow, tomorrow.” They claim it has been at an Italian port for a whole month, but I don’t know the reason for the customs delay. The elections have passed, a new government has formed, summer has ended, and winter has come — yet my electric bicycle still hasn’t arrived.
