I Did Not Receive Alibaba Order and Demand Refund

On October 12, 2025, I placed an order on Alibaba with delivery to Batman province, totaling $32 under order number 285404274501023218. Despite a long period of time passing, my order has still not been delivered. The tracking status shows “in transit – Istanbul,” with no further progress or updates regarding delivery.

During this process, I tried to contact both the seller and customer service multiple times, but I have not received any response. I was not provided with any information about the shipment status, nor was any solution offered regarding my issue.

Since I have not received the product, I request a full refund of the $32 I paid for order number 285404274501023218 as soon as possible.
