Alibaba Refund Request Pending — What to Do When Seller Doesn’t Ship

-On October 19, 2025, I purchased a hair clipper from Alibaba.com under order number 885383302420. I paid a total of $36 for the product using my credit card. However, the item has not been delivered to me to this day, and there has been no progress in the shipping process.
Today, I submitted a refund request, but I have not received any response yet. I also haven’t contacted customer service so far. I am facing inconvenience because the product was never shipped. I request that the amount I paid be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
