Alibaba Order Not Delivered—No Response from Customer Support

On December 26, 2024, I placed an order for four pairs of boots on Alibaba, expecting an international shipment. However, the order has not arrived, and there has been no update on the delivery status.
I contacted Alibaba’s complaint department, but they have not responded. My messages are being ignored, and their customer service phone lines are not answering. It is extremely frustrating to have paid for a product and received no assistance in tracking or resolving the issue.
Alibaba, I demand an immediate update on my order or a full refund! This is unacceptable customer service. Has anyone else experienced this? I need a solution now!
