Alibaba Delayed My Second Order for 2 Months Despite Providing All Documents

My first order from Alibaba was delivered smoothly to my address, but my second order has been delayed for over two months. Despite submitting all the requested documents to customs and FedEx, as well as providing proof to Alibaba multiple times, I am still being asked for evidence every week.

I have complied with every request and submitted all necessary documents without any errors, yet no progress has been made. Neither customs, FedEx, nor Alibaba have been helpful in resolving this issue. This delay and lack of support are unacceptable. I need my order delivered immediately or a full refund issued. Alibaba must improve its customer service and take responsibility for delays like this.
