Alibaba Smartwatch Stuck in Customs With No Clear Information

I ordered a smartwatch through Alibaba for $85. My shipment, with tracking number 872759708774, has been held at customs since June 12, and I have not been given any clear information about what is happening or what I need to do to receive it.

When I contacted the seller, I was told that I was entirely responsible for handling the customs process myself. The seller stated that I would only need to pay import duties but could not tell me how much those charges would be. As a result, my package continues to sit at customs while I have no idea what fees I am expected to pay or how to complete the process. The lack of clear guidance has left me frustrated and unable to move forward.

I respectfully request that Alibaba provide assistance with the customs process for this order, help me understand the steps required to have my package released, and clearly inform me of the exact amount of import duties or other official customs charges that I am required to pay. I would appreciate prompt guidance so my shipment can be cleared and delivered without any further unnecessary delays.
