Unsatisfactory Algida Kazan Promotion at Multiple Locations

Hello, 1-2 months ago, I visited İzmit in Kocaeli for business and wanted to enjoy some ice cream. I used the Algida Kazan app to find participating locations. I visited several stores in İzmit city center, but they all denied being part of the promotion or were unaware of it. As a result, I was unable to enjoy any ice cream there. When I got home the next day, I went to a local store that was listed as participating, but the previous day's event had left me without ice cream for the day. I'm disappointed that all the locations in İzmit listed on the app do not honor the promotion.
