Algida Ice Cream Packages Didn't Have The Codes Necessary To Earn Give Aways

The ice creams I bought had a "Win with Algida" prompt on the package, but then couldn't find any codes on the sticks or packaging like it said there would be? Why would a firm do this? I was so excited to have these frozen treats, but then I realized that I couldn't participate in the promotion. If you're gonna promote something, you gotta make sure you do it right. We, customers, were excited to buy these ice creams, wondering what rewards we would get, but we ended up getting nothing. It's not something we asked for, as the seller you decided that, yet when the package is opened, nothing. When I complained about this situation, it was answered with a text written under the heading "we will correct (improve) ourselves", which was written in response to everyone's complaints. No apology or anything else. Is that your relationship with the customer?
