Algida Refuses to Replace Faulty Freezer

We are a tourism-certified facility located in Balıkesir/Ayvalık. For the past 8 years, we have been selling Algida ice creams by the pool. However, for the last 3 years, our ice cream freezer has been malfunctioning and causing the ice creams to melt. Every year, our request to replace the freezer has been denied.
We depend on this product, especially during the summer, but without a working freezer, how can we sell it? When we asked if we should stop selling your ice creams, the regional representative responded, "Then don't sell them."
