Bosch Refuses to Repair My KDN74AL20N Refrigerator and Offers Overpriced Replacement

The Bosch KDN74AL20N/03 model refrigerator we purchased in 2015 has not yet reached the end of its useful life. Due to two issues we experienced with this device (deterioration of the gasket and malfunction of the interior light), we contacted the authorized service, only to be informed that these problems couldn't be fixed because spare parts were no longer available. These issues affect the functionality of the product, yet no solution is being offered. Instead, we were offered an equivalent product for ₺43,000, claiming it was a discount on a ₺66,000 refrigerator. However, the same product can be found at retailers for ₺45,000, making the proposed sales price absurd for me to cover. Under these circumstances, I am requesting the manufacturer, who is unwilling to provide a real solution, to repair my product within the legal timeframes. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a resolution. For those considering purchasing Bosch, I warn you to stay away from them...

In our subsequent discussions with Bosch, we agreed on a more reasonable exchange price, and currently, the refrigerator exchange process is ongoing.

Unfortunately, the supposedly new product that came for the exchange also turned out to be defective. Now a second exchange process has begun, which clearly shows Bosch's production quality. #typicalbosch

I thought my complaint was resolved with a replacement, but it turned into a complete nightmare. The device that came as a replacement, for which I paid Money, also turned out to be faulty. The person who brought the device opened it before bringing it into the house and, although they claimed to have taken it out of the box, we didn't see this with our own eyes; we saw the product at the door, which we thought was new. Installation couldn't be completed; the door wouldn't close, and a replacement report was filed before they left the house. On the same day, in response to our urgent request for intervention and replacement, we were threatened that our Money could be refunded if we wanted. We are victimized and being threatened. Now we are waiting again for a replacement. It has now been confirmed that this is typical Bosch behavior. Again, those considering buying Bosch, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. A new product can't even be properly delivered to you from the factory.
