Arçelik Refrigerator Still Broken After a Month of Failed Repairs
My Arçelik refrigerator has not been repaired, even though more than a month has passed. Two days ago, they brought it back claiming it was fixed, but it still doesn’t work. I wanted to use my right to have it replaced with a new one within the 21-business-day period, but that request was also denied. We are dissatisfied with both the Okmeydanı service center, which misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, and the Arçelik company itself. Our refrigerator has been out of service for over a month and still doesn’t work. During these hot summer months, we are being left in a difficult situation by Arçelik. We urgently expect a solution to this problem.
Progress
Our refrigerator has not been fixed for a month. Today, the service team came again and, as a last resort, filled the refrigerator with gas, but it still does not work. Even the service team says if the refrigerator does not work, request a new one because they cannot solve the problem. However, Arçelik insists on not replacing our refrigerator. The service team could not fix it again today. We urgently expect a solution and urgently request that our refrigerator be replaced with a new one.
