Algida Cornetto Pistachio Ice Cream Spoiled – Quality Complaint
On 17/07/2026, I purchased a Cornetto Pistachio ice cream from the Şok branch located in Gödene TOKİ, Meram, Konya. As a family, we have always enjoyed and trusted Cornetto Pistachio ice cream, but when we opened this product, we found that it was spoiled. The contents had fallen apart, and its appearance and texture were completely different from what they should have been, which not only raised concerns about hygiene but also left us very disappointed. Because the product was spoiled, we were unable to benefit from it in any way despite having paid for it, and our family experienced unnecessary inconvenience. The expiration date printed on the packaging is 07/12/2027. I expect both the Şok Market where I purchased the product and the manufacturer, Algida, to ensure that the necessary warnings and inspections are carried out so that branch staff pay closer attention to the storage conditions and expiration dates of the products. In addition, I would appreciate it if the inconvenience I experienced could be compensated with a product package as a gesture of goodwill and apology. Since it is disappointing to have experienced such a problem with a brand we have trusted and preferred for many years, I kindly request that my complaint be taken into consideration and that I receive a response.
