Last September, I purchased the Aldo Lilium bag through the Trendyol app, and now the metal parts are tarnished, discolored, and rusted. It is shocking that a bag I used under proper conditions and stored in a ventilated environment, which currently sells for ₺4599, is of such poor quality. If you look at the photos, you can see that there's no need to send it for inspection. What are you going to inspect when it leaves rust stains the moment I touch it?
