I Complain About Trendyol Not Accepting My Refund and Behaving Inresponsive





I purchased a product from Sands Tekstil brand through Trendyol and decided to return it. However, despite not having used the product, the store refused to accept my return, claiming that it was already 'used', and sent it back to me again. After contacting Trendyol Assistant, they requested photos related to my request number 22f3ab23. However, they mentioned that they were unable to accept a video image. After carefully reviewing the photos I provided and considering the seller's statements, Trendyol decided not to approve my return request. They paid more attention to the seller's perspective rather than considering the customer's point of view. If you're going to inspect it, make sure to request the product and thoroughly examine it in person. Why do you need photos from me if you're just going to rely on the seller's statements? So, I have a complaint about Trendyol.
