Bottega Veneta Small Andiamo Bag Peeling Issue - Refund Request
On January 4, 2025, I purchased the Small Andiamo model bag from the Zorlu Bottega Veneta store for ₺150,000. In May, I noticed deformation and peeling on the bottom edges of the bag. Since I was out of town, I could only review alternative bags in August. I contacted the store twice with invoice number KY02025000017553, and my bag was taken in for inspection. Both inspections concluded with the response “no quality issues.” I then reached out to Bottega Veneta Global and requested another inspection, but the result was the same. I am aware that the bag carries a two-year warranty, and I find such deformation within this short time unacceptable. I request either a refund or a replacement for the product, along with further clarification regarding my issue.
