Alcatel Mt40x Move Time Watch Stopped Working
I purchased an Alcatel Mt40x Move Time smart kid's watch about a month and a half ago. It was supposed to be used when my child's school reopened, but it broke down before we could even use it. The battery died, the phone shut down, and it won't turn back on. Furthermore, when I plugged it in to charge, it quickly heated up. It's perplexing how a brand-new product could fail so quickly. The funny thing is, I bought a low-cost smartwatch for my daughter, and it's still ticking and making all sorts of noises after nearly two years. The real kicker is that, despite the high price I paid, my Mt40x died after only one month. I paid 350 lira for a subpar phone that has been running for about two years. We don't want repairs; we want a replacement as soon as possible. Schools reopen in four days, and if necessary, I'll file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and make sure everyone is aware of it. Be wary of Alcatel Mt40x smartwatches; they may abandon you, just like we did!
