Reeder Children's Smartwatch Not Working

About three months ago, I bought a new children's smartwatch. Strangely, even before removing the first layer of protective film, the watch's pin did not hold. I agreed to pay ₺100 for a new watch, believing it was unused. Then it wouldn't make video calls, and the internet stopped working. They corrected it and returned it to me. Later, it failed to read the SIM card and was returned to the service facility. They stated it had been repaired. I said I no longer wanted the watch, but my request was denied. Now I'm wondering why a company that replaces used phones for a price doesn't offer a remedy for a device with so many flaws. It's as if I bought a second-hand watch; they keep delivering me a device that has been mended several times. There is nothing else to say; the situation is extremely awful and unacceptable.
