I Can’t Reach Aithor Support After Subscription Cancelation and Refund Request

I canceled my Aithor subscription and immediately requested a refund. However, since then, I haven’t been able to get in touch with a single human representative from the company. There’s no clear customer service contact, no support email that actually responds, and absolutely no live help available. I feel completely ignored.

What’s worse is that my payment method is still saved on their platform, and there is no option to remove it. This is unacceptable. I should have full control over my personal and financial information, especially after I’ve canceled my subscription.

Aithor, if you care about your customers, I urge you to contact me and issue my refund without delay. I’m not going to let this slide. I paid for a service I no longer use and expected a straightforward process for cancelation and refund—yet I’m left in the dark with no support at all.
