Aithor AI Renewed My Subscription Without Permission

I don’t understand what kind of company Aithor AI is, but it’s impossible to reach a real person. The only contact option is an email, and when I use it, I only get automated AI responses—no actual customer support.

Without my permission, they automatically renewed my subscription and charged me, and now I can’t even request a refund. They have no issue taking money, but when it comes to providing support or answering questions, there’s no one to talk to.

This is unacceptable! Aithor AI, process my refund immediately and offer real customer service! If you’re considering using this service, beware—canceling or getting a refund seems impossible!
