Aithor Charged Me for a Full Year Despite Requesting Cancellation Within Hours
I signed up for Aithor thinking I was getting an affordable monthly subscription, as advertised. However, within just a few hours, I realized the service wasn’t what I needed and requested a membership cancellation. Despite this, Aithor still went ahead and charged me for a full year—without giving me any chance to opt out or confirm the transaction. This is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to an annual plan, and your marketing is clearly misleading. Charging someone for an entire year when they cancel within hours is both unethical and deceptive. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount you withdrew. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Stop tricking customers with false monthly promos and honor refund requests without delay.
