Aithor.com Charged My Card Without Consent—No Response to Refund Request
My daughter accidentally made a purchase on Aithor.com using my saved credit card. As soon as I noticed—just a few hours later—I immediately emailed their support team requesting a cancellation and full refund since we do not intend to use this program.
However, Aithor has completely ignored my emails and has not even acknowledged my request. I should not be forced to pay for a three-month subscription that I neither used nor intended to buy. If I had waited days or weeks, I could understand a rejection, but this request was made within hours.
Aithor, I demand an immediate refund! Ignoring customers is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do the right thing and process my refund now!
