I subscribed to Aithor for just one month, then canceled my membership as requested. Despite this, they still charged my account without authorization. I even emailed them to confirm the cancellation, and they claimed it was processed, yet they continued taking money from my bank account.
This is completely unacceptable! If a user cancels their subscription, they should not have to fight for a refund or worry about unauthorized charges. I demand an immediate refund for the extra amount taken and a guarantee that no further charges will be made.
Aithor needs to stop charging canceled accounts and honor membership cancellations properly! Avoid this service if you don’t want to deal with unauthorized payments!
