Unprofessional Airbnb Host Ruins Special Occasion

I booked the 'Peaceful Bungalow by the Sea' on Airbnb in Cumhuriyet, Ordu City Center/Altınordu for a significant engagement on September 22-23. Unfortunately, the host's behavior turned our joyous occasion into a nightmare. Despite several discussions, the host failed to mention additional costs for the engagement until a week before, leaving us with limited time to find an alternative venue.

The communication was disrespectful and unprofessional, culminating in a heated argument where the host abruptly terminated the conversation. To add insult to injury, they demanded extra money, citing damage to the lawn, even though the property lacked an area where one could walk without touching the grass. This dishonest and fraudulent behavior needs to be addressed to prevent others from falling victim to such practices.
