How to Contact Airbnb Customer Service

Hello, I booked an Airbnb stay for 4 people between April 11–13 using this link: https://www.airbnb.com/l/9rBk13QE. After booking, I contacted the host, Mr. O***, who asked for an upfront ₺5000 payment outside the platform. I sent it. On check-in day, he demanded an additional ₺3000 as a deposit, promising to return it after checkout. I sent that too.
Three days after we left, he finally visited the property and claimed he wouldn’t return the deposit. His reason? That we left the place messy and used it poorly. This is completely false. We already paid a cleaning fee as part of the Airbnb reservation, which should cover any reasonable cleaning expectations.
When I confronted him about this, he changed his story—now saying he was withholding the deposit because we had an extra guest and brought a dog. However, I had already informed him in advance about the possibility of one extra person and our pet, and he had no issue with it at the time. He never requested extra payment for either.
Now, he’s clearly making up excuses to keep my ₺3000 deposit. I followed all the rules, communicated transparently, and paid every fee requested. This kind of dishonest behavior from a host is unacceptable.
