Double Booking for the Same Villa on Airbnb at the Same Time
I booked a villa for our May honeymoon in Muğla through Airbnb with the user profile linked here (www.airbnb.com.tr/users/show/389655224) and the villa linked here (www.airbnb.com.tr/rooms/5410**21?source_impression_id=p3_1693921893_xW%2FE%2FXGyegf5YWOI). Shockingly, the landlord rented the same villa to two different parties during my booked dates.
Upon arriving from Istanbul to Muğla and attempting to enter the villa, I was confronted with a painful reality. The landlord tried to convince me to stay in completely different villas that had nothing to do with the one I rented. Naturally, we refused.
Not only were we left stranded on the street, but we also paid the full rental fee through Airbnb. Now, I can't even request a complete refund without a deduction fee of over 3,000 TL. I demand a full refund of my money.
