Stefan’s Airbnb in Belgrade Was Nothing Like the Photos – Dirty, Unhygienic, and Unsafe

I rented Stefan's place in Belgrade, expecting a comfortable stay based on the photos. However, when I arrived, I found dirty, worn-out furniture that looked nothing like what was shown. The conditions were far from hygienic. The room door wouldn’t close, leaving it cold inside, and the entire place was dusty, triggering my allergies. The sheets had hair on them, and the couch was stained and torn. I was shocked by the low quality and unsafe environment. Airbnb leaves refunds up to the host, but this place is not only misleading but unsafe. I expect Airbnb to take action and address this issue, as these conditions are unacceptable for any guest.
