Airbnb Rental in Çanakkale Was Completely Different and Unhygienic

In September, we decided to visit Çanakkale and rented a house on Airbnb that looked perfect in the photos. However, upon arrival, we found the house to be filthy and completely different from what was advertised. It lacked basic hygiene, and the conditions were far below what we expected.

We reported the issue to Airbnb multiple times, but they didn’t provide the help we needed. We ended up cutting our trip short by one day, but we are requesting a full refund for all the days we paid for. We were misled, and the property was nothing like what was shown. We felt trapped in an unfamiliar city and spent our vacation feeling disgusted. It ruined our entire trip.
