Airbnb Let Host Mislead Me About a Villa in Diyarbakır and Refused to Refund Me

I booked a villa in Diyarbakır on Airbnb for one night. The listing clearly said it was a 3-story private villa, and that the entire property would be mine. Based on that, I completed the payment without hesitation. But shortly after booking, someone named Ezel—claiming to be the host—called me and said that only one floor was actually available, and that the other floors were rented to different people.
That alone was unacceptable, but then it got worse. The location he sent me via message was nowhere near the listing—it was a village 30 minutes outside of Diyarbakır by car. Nothing matched what I paid for.
I immediately canceled the reservation through Airbnb, but they still haven’t refunded my ₺. I called multiple times, and each time they just said, “We’re looking into it.” But no resolution was ever provided. I even left a negative review to warn others—but Airbnb removed it.
