Double Booking for the Same Villa on Airbnb at the Same Time

I booked a four-person private villa through Airbnb for two weeks in March. Due to changes in our plans, we shortened the reservation to one week. The total amount was ₺56,000, of which we paid ₺39,000 upfront. Three weeks before our reservation date, I couldn't access my account. After creating a new account, I contacted the host, Mr. M***, who claimed we canceled the reservation and sent him a rude message, so he refused to host us. This is impossible as the message's timestamp correlates to specific days when the villa was booked. Upon checking the site again, it showed the reservation was canceled by us, and we couldn't get our money back. We're unable to enjoy the vacation we paid for and have lost trust in Airbnb's security. I suspect my account was hacked, either compromising the system or the host playing games. I'm at a loss and seeking assistance.

A guest booked my villa during the winter, fully informed that the pool was closed. After staying fo...
