Airbnb Won't Pay, and Customer Service Unresponsive
So far, my experience with Airbnb has been nothing short of vexing. They have not reimbursed me for the rental of my property, and their customer service is unhelpful and evasive, offering no viable solutions to the problem. Because each of my messages to them is met with a different response, the situation is becoming increasingly perplexing. Four people have already told me that they will respond. They keep claiming that they have transferred the problem to a specialized group in order to find a solution, but nothing ever happens.
