Airbnb Host Confirms Unavailable Booking Before My Friend's Wedding

I recently sent a booking request to https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/5227***66 for a one-night stay, close to my friend's weekend wedding. The host accepted my reservation with the number HM®4HJD4P9N but later claimed the house wasn't available, leaving me stranded.

When questioned about confirming an unavailable house, the host blamed it on the system's automatic confirmation. Despite my pleas for cancellation, he insisted I wouldn't get a refund. Attempts to contact Airbnb yielded promises of assistance, but days later, no action has been taken. Being abandoned by Airbnb in a situation involving what I believe to be malicious intent is frustrating. I urgently need a resolution to retrieve my money for alternative bookings.
