Airbnb Host Unreachable, Unable to Access New Year’s Rental

I booked a property on Airbnb for December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, to celebrate New Year’s, but I couldn’t reach the host on the check-in day. The host’s phone number was not working, and there was no way to access the property. To make things worse, Airbnb’s customer service has been completely unresponsive, leaving me with no guidance on how to proceed. This is incredibly frustrating—I trusted Airbnb for a special occasion, and instead, I was left without accommodation. How can a platform like Airbnb allow this to happen? I demand a full refund for my booking and immediate assistance in addressing this issue. Airbnb, do better!
