I Face Delayed Refund from Airbnb After Urla Reservation Cancellation

On August 6, my reservation in Urla, İzmir was canceled, and Airbnb’s system showed that my refund of ₺5,793.52 had been sent to my credit card. However, even after three days, there is still no sign of this refund on my bank statement. This is unusual for me, as I have never experienced such a delay with Airbnb before.
I contacted Airbnb customer service to request an update, but the only response I received was to “wait.” No reference number, transaction ID, or clear timeframe was provided, which makes it impossible for me to follow up with my bank. For a company of Airbnb’s size, this lack of transparency and accountability is very disappointing.
I expect Airbnb to investigate this matter urgently, provide me with full transaction details, and ensure the refund is credited to my account without any further delay.
