Airbnb Refund Not Received After Reservation Cancellation

I canceled my Airbnb reservation (HMSWRN2Z4N) for September 23-25 in Rome, and on September 21, I was told that my refund had been processed. Today is October 11, and I still see no trace of the refund in my bank account.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been received, and they cannot track it using the ARN code. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I urgently request Airbnb to check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
